The hotel had some positives such as a great location near Taksim Square and friendly service, but the rooms were small and faced a wall with antennas, not quite as advertised. Despite some drawbacks, the service, especially from employees like Miss Guzel and Miss Tamara, stood out as exceptional with a genuine desire to ensure guest comfort.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away from major Taksim Station, connecting you to everything. The rooms are quite spacious and alright; however, they are super small, making it difficult to fully open the shower door. The service was super friendly, especially Ms. Abdulkadir, the duty manager, who was very helpful. The location is fantastic for exploring Istanbul, close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, a crowded hotel due to high demand from holiday trips, but the staff, like Miss Tamara at the reception, make efforts to ease any inconveniences.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although advertised with a balcony and 'king size' bed, were quite noisy due to the loud music from the bars below, making it difficult to sleep early. The room size also didn't match the photos online. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Abdul-Aziz, the Concierge. My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and very clean, offering a nice view. The reception and staff were friendly and spoke English well. However, the rooms were a bit small and not very comfortable, especially for three people. They were equipped with a minibar and coffee & tea machine.
